1 cup buffalo sauce (store-bought or your homemade favorite)

1 tablespoon olive oil

4 large whole wheat or spinach wraps

1 cup shredded green lettuce

½ cup diced tomatoes

½ cup crumbled blue cheese

¼ cup ranch or blue cheese dressing (optional for an extra creamy touch)
