1 cup Greek yogurt

1 oz ranch seasoning mix (1 packet)

1 clove garlic, minced

¼ cup fresh cilantro, finely chopped

½ cup cherry tomatoes, halved

½ cup corn (canned, frozen, or fresh)

Salt and black pepper, to taste

Grated parmesan cheese (optional, for serving)

Crushed red pepper flakes (optional, for serving)

Cook the Pasta: In a large pot, bring salted water to a rolling boil. Add the pasta and cook according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain the pasta and set aside, making sure to reserve about 1 cup of the starchy pasta water for later use.
