2 large cucumbers

1 teaspoon sea salt

1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil

1 teaspoon chili powder

1 teaspoon freshly grated lime zest

2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lime juice

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

2 tablespoons fresh cilantro, finely chopped (for garnish)

Prepare the Cucumbers: Wash the cucumbers thoroughly under cold water and pat them dry with a clean towel. Cut each cucumber into thick rounds, approximately 1-inch in thickness. Using a melon baller or a small spoon, carefully scoop out a small section of the flesh in the center of each slice to create a little well for the filling.
