Ingredients

2 cups plain Greek yogurt

2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup (adjust to your preferred sweetness)

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 cup dark chocolate chips (or your chocolate of choice)

1 cup mixed berries (such as strawberries, blueberries, and raspberries)

2 tablespoons crushed nuts (like almonds, walnuts, or pistachios) for topping (optional)

A pinch of sea salt (optional)

Instructions

Prepare the Yogurt Base:

    - In a mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, honey (or maple syrup), and vanilla extract. Use a whisk or spatula to blend these ingredients together until the mixture is smooth and creamy.

      Melt the Chocolate:

        - In a microwave-safe bowl, add the dark chocolate chips. Microwave in short bursts of 15-30 seconds, stirring between intervals. Continue this process until the chocolate is completely melted and silky smooth. Be careful not to overheat, as this can burn the chocolate.

          Assemble the Bark:

            - Take a baking sheet (approximately 9x13 inches) and line it with parchment paper for easy removal. Pour the yogurt mixture onto the parchment, spreading it evenly into a rectangle about 1/4 inch thick.

              Drizzle the Chocolate:

                - Using a spoon or spatula, drizzle the warm, melted chocolate over the surface of the yogurt. For a beautiful marbled effect, gently swirl the chocolate into the yogurt with a knife or spatula, being careful not to mix them completely.

                  Add the Berries and Nuts:

                    - Scatter the mixed berries evenly on top of the yogurt and chocolate. If you’re using nuts, sprinkle them generously over the top. Finish by adding a light pinch of sea salt to elevate the flavors.

                      Freeze:

                        - Place the prepared baking sheet into the freezer and allow it to freeze for at least 3-4 hours, or until the yogurt bark is completely solid.

                          Cut and Serve:

                            - Once frozen, carefully lift the yogurt bark from the baking sheet by pulling it off the parchment paper. Cut or break it into pieces as desired. You can serve immediately or store the pieces in an airtight container in the freezer for up to 2 weeks.

Prep Time: 15 minutes | Total Time: 4 hours 15 minutes | Servings: 8-10 pieces

                                - Presentation Tips: Arrange the broken pieces on a colorful platter, and garnish with extra berries or a drizzle of melted chocolate on top for an eye-catching presentation.
