Ingredients

2 cups plain Greek yogurt

2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup (adjust based on your preferred sweetness)

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 cup mixed berries (such as strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, and blackberries)

1/4 cup granola (optional, for added crunch)

Mini muffin tins or silicone molds for shaping

Instructions

Prepare the Yogurt Base: In a medium mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, honey (or maple syrup), and vanilla extract. Use a whisk or spatula to mix the ingredients thoroughly until the mixture is smooth and well blended.

Incorporate the Berries: Gently fold the mixed berries into the yogurt base. For better distribution, consider slicing larger berries like strawberries into smaller pieces before adding them to the mixture.

Fill the Molds: Spoon the yogurt and berry mixture into the mini muffin tins or silicone molds, filling each section about 3/4 full. If you prefer some added texture, sprinkle a small amount of granola on top of each bite before freezing.

Freeze the Bites: Carefully place the filled muffin tins or molds into the freezer. Allow them to freeze for a minimum of 4 hours, or until the yogurt is completely firm and solid.

Remove the Frozen Bites: Once fully frozen, gently release the Greek yogurt bites from the molds. If you are using metal muffin tins, you may find it helpful to run them under hot water for a few seconds to loosen the bites more easily.

Serve and Relish: You can serve the yogurt bites right away as a refreshing snack or dessert. Alternatively, for longer storage, keep them in an airtight container in the freezer where they will remain good for up to 2 weeks. Enjoy your delightful fruity bites whenever you crave a cool treat!
