2 cups rolled oats

1 cup Greek yogurt (vanilla flavored)

1/2 cup honey or maple syrup

1/2 cup almond milk (or your preferred milk)

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/4 teaspoon salt

1/2 cup fresh or frozen berries (blueberries, strawberries, or raspberries work great)

1/4 cup chopped nuts (optional; almonds or walnuts recommended)

1/4 teaspoon cinnamon (optional for added flavor)

Instructions
 

Prepare the Baking Dish: Begin by lining an 8x8 inch (or similarly sized) baking dish with parchment paper. Ensure there’s some overhang on the sides to make it easier to lift out the squares later.

    Mix the Wet Ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, honey (or maple syrup), almond milk, vanilla extract, and salt. Whisk the mixture until it is smooth and well blended.

      Combine the Dry Ingredients: In another bowl, stir together the rolled oats and cinnamon (if using). Mix until evenly distributed.

        Combine Wet and Dry Ingredients: Gradually add the dry oat mixture into the wet mixture. Stir gently but thoroughly until all the ingredients are combined and the oats are well coated.

          Add the Mix-ins: Carefully fold in the berries and any chopped nuts you wish to use. Distribute them evenly throughout the mixture.
