1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder

1/2 cup mini chocolate chips

1/4 cup roasted hazelnuts, finely chopped (optional)

Silicone muffin molds or a baking sheet lined with parchment paper

Prepare the Coffee Mixture: In a mixing bowl, combine the cooled brewed coffee, cocoa powder, honey (or maple syrup), vanilla extract, and a pinch of sea salt. Use a whisk to blend the ingredients together until the mixture is smooth and well combined. Set this mixture aside.

    Mix the Yogurt: In a separate bowl, take the plain Greek yogurt and stir it gently to loosen its texture. Aim for a creamy, smooth consistency that will blend easily with the coffee mixture.

      Create the Mocha Swirl: Pour half of the yogurt into the coffee mixture. Stir well until fully combined to make a luscious mocha yogurt blend. Reserve the remaining plain yogurt in the bowl.

        Layer the Mixtures: In your prepared silicone muffin molds or on the lined baking sheet, start by adding a spoonful of the plain yogurt into each mold. Follow it with a spoonful of the mocha yogurt mixture.
