8 oz (225g) spaghetti or pasta of your choice

2 large boneless, skinless chicken breasts

Salt and black pepper, to taste

4 tablespoons unsalted butter

5 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional, for heat)

4 cups fresh spinach, roughly chopped

1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

1 lemon, juiced and zested

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Fresh basil leaves, for garnish

Cook the Pasta: Begin by bringing a large pot of salted water to a boil. Once boiling, add the spaghetti and cook according to the package instructions until it’s al dente. Remember to reserve 1 cup of the pasta water before draining the pasta. Set the drained pasta aside.

    Prepare the Chicken: While the pasta is cooking, take the chicken breasts and generously season both sides with salt and black pepper for flavor.

      Cook the Chicken: In a large skillet, melt 2 tablespoons of butter over medium heat. Once the butter is melted and bubbling, carefully place the seasoned chicken breasts in the skillet.
