8 oz. mushrooms, sliced

3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil

2 teaspoons chili powder

1 teaspoon ground cumin

1 teaspoon garlic powder

Sea salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste

Juice of 1 fresh lime

6 small flour or corn tortillas

Fresh cilantro leaves for garnish

Sliced avocado or guacamole (optional)

Sour cream (optional)

Prepare the Marinade: In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the olive oil, chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and lime juice until well blended. This will create a flavorful marinade that enhances the veggies.
