4 small whole wheat pita breads

1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

1 cucumber, diced

1 red bell pepper, diced

1/2 red onion, finely chopped

1 cup Kalamata olives, pitted and halved

1 cup feta cheese, crumbled

1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped

1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil

2 tablespoons red wine vinegar

1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice

1 teaspoon dried oregano

Salt and freshly ground pepper, to taste

Prepare the Salad: In a large mixing bowl, combine the halved cherry tomatoes, diced cucumber, diced red bell pepper, finely chopped red onion, halved Kalamata olives, crumbled feta cheese, and chopped parsley. Gently toss the ingredients together until they are well mixed, creating a colorful and aromatic salad base.
