1/4 cup granulated sugar

1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted

1 cup cream cheese, softened at room temperature

1 cup sweetened condensed milk

1/2 cup fresh key lime juice (approximately 6-8 key limes)

1 tablespoon key lime zest

1 teaspoon vanilla extract
