1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 teaspoon chili powder

1 teaspoon ground cumin

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika

Salt and black pepper, to taste

Juice of 1 lime

For the lime slaw:

2 cups green cabbage, finely shredded

1 cup red cabbage, finely shredded

1 large carrot, grated

1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped

Juice of 2 limes

2 tablespoons honey or agave syrup

1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar

Salt and black pepper, to taste

For assembly:

8 small corn or flour tortillas

Sliced avocado (optional)

Lime wedges (for serving)

Extra cilantro for garnish

Marinate the Shrimp: In a medium-sized mixing bowl, whisk together the olive oil, chili powder, ground cumin, garlic powder, smoked paprika, lime juice, salt, and black pepper. Add the peeled and deveined shrimp to the bowl, making sure they are evenly coated in the marinade. Let the shrimp marinate for about 15-20 minutes to enhance the flavors.

    Prepare the Lime Slaw: In a large mixing bowl, combine the finely shredded green cabbage, red cabbage, grated carrot, and chopped cilantro. In a separate small bowl, whisk together the juice of two limes, honey (or agave syrup), apple cider vinegar, salt, and black pepper until well blended.
