1 teaspoon garlic powder

1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional, for added heat)

1/2 cup honey

1/4 cup soy sauce

2 tablespoons rice vinegar

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 tablespoon fresh ginger, minced

1 tablespoon sesame oil

1/4 cup chopped green onions (for garnish)

Preheat the Oven: Set your oven to preheat at 400°F (200°C).

    Prepare the Sweet Potatoes: In a large mixing bowl, combine the cubed sweet potatoes with olive oil, salt, black pepper, smoked paprika, garlic powder, and cayenne pepper (if using). Toss thoroughly to ensure each piece is well-coated in the seasoning.

      Arrange the Sweet Potatoes: Evenly spread the seasoned sweet potatoes in a large baking dish, creating a single layer.

        Prepare the Chicken: Use paper towels to pat the chicken thighs dry. Generously season both sides of the chicken with salt, black pepper, and smoked paprika for a flavorful crust.
