1 cup almond flour

1/2 cup maple syrup (or honey)

1/4 cup creamy almond butter

1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract

1/4 teaspoon sea salt

1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon

1/4 cup sliced almonds (for rolling)

Optional: 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips (for drizzling)

Instructions
 

In a large mixing bowl, combine the unsweetened shredded coconut and almond flour. Stir until blended well.

    Add the maple syrup (or honey), creamy almond butter, pure vanilla extract, sea salt, and ground cinnamon to the bowl. Mix everything together thoroughly. The mixture should have a slightly sticky yet pliable consistency. If it feels too dry, add an extra spoonful of almond butter or maple syrup as needed.

      Once the mixture is well combined, take small portions and use your hands to roll them into balls, approximately the size of a tablespoon. Place each ball onto a parchment-lined baking sheet, making sure to leave a little space between them.

        After all the balls are formed, gently roll each one in sliced almonds to coat the outer layer, adding a delightful crunch.
